Registration
MBA SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION:
- MARCH 31, 2012 is the deadline for registration. All applications received after that date will be put on a waiting list.
- Players are accepted on a "first come first serve" basis. There is no preference for returning MBA players.
- The MBA has an attendance policy which requires players to commit to attend at least 3/4 of the scheduled practices and games.
- The SPRING League Player Fee is $75. Save $10 and pay only $65 if you register no later than JANUARY 28, 2012. There is no discount for multiple players in the same family. Players choosing to withdraw their registration prior to MARCH 31, 2012 will receive a full refund. Players withdrawing after MARCH 31, 2012 will be charged a $20 fee and will receive a $55 refund.
- MBA SPRING League games and practices are on weeknights and are held at Illing Middle School in Manchester from April to early June; one practice and one game a week.
- Please download a copy of this Registration Form; complete and mail as directed.
